Early cancellations or reschedules happening more than 24 hours before the appointment will not be charged. Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the appointment start time will result in a 50% non-refundable charge. Failure to show up for, or call prior to, your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% non-refundable charge.
